Ahmed El Damaty, Senior Consultant – Delay Analyst, has more than 20 years’ experience in Project Control/Delay Analysis/Claim management in mega projects and his experience includes all project life cycle starting from project initiation till the handing over. He has worked on a variety of projects such as high rise building, Malls, Airport, Rail, Data Center, Showrooms and infrastructure projects within the UAE, KSA, Egypt and Qatar.

  • Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (Shell & core contract and fit out contract for two towers 15 floors +4 Basements )
  • Etisalat Data Center ( the biggest Data Center in the middle East)
  • Carleigh School in Saadiyat Island
  • Abu Dhabi Metro Stage 2( length 20 KM with 12 station)
  • Abu Dhabi International Airport Midfield Terminal (Total Project Cost 11 Billion).
  • Capital District Project (infra structure project consist of 15 Packages with total cost of 63.5 Billion U.A.E.  Dirham)
  • Jeddah storm water program (Design of 10Ad Hoc Areas + Ring Road with total Cost of 150 Million Saudi Riyal )
  • Design of Khalifa Port Industrial Zone Project, the project contains design of infrastructure and buildings with obtaining all the required approvals (Project total cost 3.5 billion U.A.E.  Dirham).
  • Construction &Renovation of BMW showroom Abu Dhabi U.A.E) (Project total cost 250 million U.A.E.  Dirham).
  • Canal District( buildings + infra structure project consist of 8 Plots with Canal crossing  )
  • Al Reem Island Development Plot 1 Zone A (Design and Built of 4 Towers 48 Stories + Multi-Floor Car Park with full area 20,000 m2 with their infrastructure works) (Project total cost 550 million U.A.E.  Dirham).
  • Al Reem Island Development Plot 1 Zone D (Design and Built of 3 Towers 50 Stories + Two Podium 6 Floors + Car Park with full area 22,000 m2 with their infrastructure works)  (Project total cost 750 million U.A.E.  Dirham).
  • Danet Abu Dhabi Project Plot 43 (Built of 1 Towers 23 Stories + three Basements with full area 5,000 m2) (Project total cost 250 million U.A.E.  Dirham).
  • High land Villas(Construction of 147 Villas with their infrastructure works, project total cost 500 million Dirham
  • Beverly Hills Extension (37 villas + 28 apartment buildings with total cost 300 million pound )
